About Susanna Fraser-Kuipers

Director, Client Services at Policy Works Inc.

Susanna knows intimately the workflow challenges facing commercial insurance brokers, having been one for over ten years prior to joining Policy Works. Since joining Policy Works in 2003, Susanna has helped develop what is now our industry-leading implementation process, and built an outstanding client services team of professionals. Susanna also has completed various internal software implementations at Policy Works, including, an online ticketing and self-help customer support tool, and on-demand training academy to further enhance the excellent reputation Policy Works has earned with its customers.

About Kelly Kilbride
Account Manager, Lackner McLennan Insurance Ltd.

Kelly has been in the industry since 1992 and has worked at Lackner McLennan Insurance since July 2007 as an Account Manager in the Commercial Department. Her first experience with Policy Works was when she worked at a prior Brokerage (2005) entering all of the Commercial Accounts into the data-base. She was able to “self-teach” to learn the Program and have been hooked ever since. Efficiency and best use of time are the goals that we strive for everyday. 

About Janice Schoonhoven
Janice Schoonhoven has been a RIBO Licensed Insurance Broker for 30 years, employed for the last 13 years at Will Marshall Insurance Brokers. Janice started as a Commercial Service Representative, moved into Internal IT responsibilities, then two years ago was promoted to Operations Manager. Janice’s responsibilities include creation and improving new and existing procedures and workflows to maximize efficiency. Her most recent project was development of  Farm Template in Policy Works with a goal of taking Farm policies paperless. Janice is a visionary and gets excited about new systems and possibilities that she can see within the brokerage.

About Marc Power

Marc Power is an Account Manager/Senior Trainer at Policy Works. He joined the organization in 2009 after working as a claims adjuster at RSA Insurance and Intact Insurance. His role involves working with new brokerages to help them implement Policy Works at their office and maintaining an on-going relationship with them to help ensure long term success with Policy Works. Marc has taken a leadership role in designing the training program at Policy Works with the goal to provide brokerages with high quality and easily accessible training for their staff.

He is currently studying for his Masters of Business Administration at the Haskayne School of Business at the University of Calgary.

About Debbie Summers

Sales Executive at Policy Works

The ability to discover the “right fit” between software and a brokerage comes from over 20 years in the insurance field. Success in sales and implementation was developed from an ever changing career in both Personal and Commercial Lines, including Account Management, Sales and Brokerage Management. This experience, combined with years as a computer software trainer, and project manager allows for a unique perspective when looking for solutions.
