About Bill Redford

Vice President of Product Development at Keal Technology

Bill Redford is the Vice President of Product Development at Keal Technology. In this capacity, he manages the development of Keal's entire suite of solution. Bill has been with Keal since 2007 and has served in this position for the majority of this time.


Bill has a 20+ year history in information technology. Prior to working for Keal Technology, Bill held financial, IT and operational management positions in several businesses. He spent most of his career working in leading edge technology companies centered on e-commerce in Canada and the United States. Creating, automating and streamlining processes dealing with systems have been his focus.

About Debbie Olsen

Debbie Olsen is an industry veteran with a career spanning 20+ years on the Canadian Insurer side in progressive Underwriting and Operations roles for both direct writers and broker-distributed writers, followed by 10+ years on the insurance Vendor technology side in key roles for Customer Service, Compliance, Product Innovation and Quality Assurance. Her latest adventure has been inside the broker world at ingenie.  Debbie was a founding member of the CIP Society and a member of its governing board for many years, continuing to give back to our industry today through her generous involvement in ORBiT.     
About Ken Sedgewick


As a former insurance broker with a CAIB designation, Ken understands firsthand the challenges brokers face – especially with regards to technology – and he is excited to be doing something about it. Ken strongly believes in the value of the broker model and knows it can do better to challenge the direct writers and future competitors in the industry. He is excited about the solutions Sharp Mobile has to offer to brokerages by bringing technology and innovation to the forefront of the insurance brokerage industry. As constant learner, Ken strives to learn what his clients need to be successful and to help brokerages maximize value through the use of innovative, efficient software. When not working he can usually be found trying to manage 3 boys under the age of 5 and longing to ride anything with two wheels.
