I feel that I have found the perfect opportunity to utilize all that I have learned about building teams, insurance, technology, sales and marketing in my current role as CEO of May McConville Omni Insurance Brokers.
My insurance career started as an Insurance Broker in Waterloo. I then saw an interesting challenge at Economical Insurance Group in Marketing Research and Development. From there I had progressive roles in head office including Personal Lines, Product Management and IT. I found my next opportunity at Aviva Insurance where I worked in Business Development. I engaged in many progressive roles culminating with VP Business Development Ontario NonGTA where I was heavily engaged in developing innovative business opportunities and digital growth strategies for brokers.
I feel very grateful that I now get to use all this experience with an amazing team to together transform our brokerage to build exceptional experiences for our employees and customers.
